Positive: It’s like a cruise ship on land. Hard cracked restaurant in their food hall concept disappointed but Maury’s was very good. Room was well appointed although the humidity in the room was disconcerting.
Negative: Service staff seemed disinterested and the property is clearly having staffing issues. Not enough people to clean our room and bring fresh towels.
Summary: I think this property is very nice but I think It’s one and done.

Positive: Rooms are roomy and up to date, clean and fast service if any issues arose with the room such as an alarm clock that wouldn't turn off and blinds that were panel controlled.
Negative: Some reception staff were very friendly, others were not so much. Too many extra fees overall and service charges that were more hidden than transparent.
Summary: Shiny new in feel but odd in terms of feeling squeezed between a highway and the ocean.

Positive: The resort is nice, lots of dining options, pools are fabulous, rooms are clean and comfortable. I liked that they checked us in when we arrived 2 hours early. Close to the Punta Gorda airport for our early morning flight.
Negative: Issue with key card was quickly resolved. The resort fee is a rip off- you get nothing for it. We went to the adult roof pool- they charge $25 per person-just to enter. They charge for parking,
Summary: Fun, but too expensive for the amenities you receive in my opinion.

Positive: Amazing pools, very large one downstairs and a adults only rooftop pool. (The young pool/towel staff worked really hard and were very nice).Very clean everywhere and lovely views over the bay from our room. Nicely laid out hotel with a few restaurants and a food court if you wanted a snack or takeaway. Local places like Fishermans Village and Peace River Botanical Gardens worth a visit
Negative: Rude unhelpful staff. Uniform is very unprofessional looking especially reception staff with one in a hoodie. Due to large hotel having conference facilities one of the restaurants was taken over and one was closed one night which left very little choice and extremely busy for hotel guests. Expensive hotel for what you get. Hotel guests were dressed very casually so don't take anything special!
