Positive: The cottage was clean, cozy, and the bed was comfortable! A block from the harbor was wonderful! The neighborhood was a little questionable but the value of the stay was great!

Positive: Location was good. Liked the room it had to offer. Liked the Washer and Dryer and the back area where we used a charcoal grill to cook dinner.
Negative: The air conditioner kicked on and off constantly during the night. Dark out front of the home. Could not get light to come on. No gas bottle for the grill.

Positive: Scott the host is excellent- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. The location for Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte activities is excellent and the park/ocean is a short walk down the street. Cute little cottage.
Negative: No heat in the bedroom. Scott brought over a heating blanket expeditiously and probably not an issue most of the year when warm, but it in all fairness it was a very cold weekend. There was a faint smell of wet dog or mildew, not sure which one…but the house was very clean and neat other than the smell when we arrived. Also don’t park on the left driveway….the long term neighbor in the unit behind us asked us to move our car.
