Positive: Over all a nice place to stay, owner is very nice and friendly. The room could use some upgrades, curtains could be nicer, they don't open, some detail painting, trim. Overall very comfortable.

Positive: Room was very clean and decent sized. Great price. Bathtub drain was extremely slow, bed was quite hard, but for $50 a night I didn't expect perfect. I've paid twice as much for worse rooms in the past.

Negative: "Hot" water was barely more than warm, by the time I finished my shower the bathtub was half full of water because the drain was almost completely blocked (and there is no way I was going to reach in and clear it...)

Summary: Made the reservation at 11pm, checked in at 11:30. EZ check-in, left at 7am feeling refreshed.
