Summary: I walked around the property this morning and did not see where breakfast was available. No one was at the front desk to ask, and he never told me when I checked in where breakfast was. Check in. I got there before three and asked if by chance they had anything available to drop off my stuff while I explored the town. He said he had a double room available not the king I had reserved and I told him that would be OK if it was available now so we went ahead and did all the check-in and then told me it would be a $30 early check-in fee. I told him I would just drive around with the stuff in the car Versus paying an extra $30. When I did come back after three to check in even though I had my service dog with me, he put us all the way on the third floor, using stairs versus the first floor for easy access to take my dog out. Don’t know his reasoning behind that, but I think it could’ve been more convenient.

Summary: Good stay. Quick one night stay as we were moving our daughter to Dubuque for school. Room was clean and nice. The hotel could be updated a bit, but overall it was nice. The staff was very kind, and honestly, that’s a big thing. Would stay again. 😊

Summary: This is my second stay in the past 3 months. Both stays have been without incident. The room has been clean, property has been clean and well lit. No issues with safety. Very reasonable price. I will stay here again. Thanks!

Summary: I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 4 years and have never been disappointed. If I was to improve on anything it would be the breakfast items offered because currently the Continental Breakfast is lacking choices and I am not looking for a buffet just a better selection of on the go options

Summary: I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience was not up to expectations. One of the main issues was the carpet in the room—it had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it hard to feel comfortable. It seemed like it hadn’t been properly cleaned or aired out in quite some time. While the staff were friendly and the location was convenient, the smell really took away from the overall stay. I hope management addresses this soon, as it has a big impact on the guest experience.
