Summary: The property was clean, it has 3 bedrooms with one bed in each room there are extra mattresses in the closets. Overall my stay wasn’t bad, no complaints.

Summary: The plates were dirty when we got there and there were bug traps on baking pans. The toilet downstairs was not working well. Besides was ok and comfortable.

Summary: A few of us decided to get together and take the kids to Sesame Place. So I was excited when I found this listing since it would have been cheaper than renting a hotel room ( and it was) and we could all hang out. BUTTTTT, the house was NOT ready for guests. The property owner reached out around 1:30 and asked what time we would be arriving b/c the house hadn't been cleaned yet. Our check in time was 4pm. I said we're at Sesame place, take your time. But around 5:30ish the kids were tired. I reached out to property owner, the house was still not ready. We decided to go there anyway and not have to rush around and find new lodging. I ended up doing laundry and sending my spouse to the store to get garbage bags, cleaning supplies and toilet tissue. We did receive a partial credit since the property wasn't ready. MY issue was this; booked a month in advance..... You had plenty of time to make sure the house was in order for your guests. Fix all the paint patches, re- paint, fix the minor issues in the bathroom etc. It's a lovely townhome, just needs some TLC.
