Summary: Nice home but very lacking in amenities. No facial tissue, no dish towels or hand towels. Dishwasher with two whole pods and only one for washer. Beds had fitted sheet and comforter- no top sheet. The top sheets were just laid on the be still folded. Thermostat had a lockbox on it. Had to text owner for temp change. That was not ok.

Summary: House is located in quiet neighborhood. Upgrades to home are really nice and furnishings are new. But simple amenities are missing. We had six adults staying at the property for 5 nights. There is a nice gas stove/oven but no pans or cookware for using the oven. There are pans and pots for top of stove. Only 5 coffee mismatched mugs mismatched. There are 8 plates, 3 mismatched bowls and 2 very small plastic bowls from prior guest food delivery. Only 1 knife with silverware. Not all guests eat out or order in every day. Towels are cheap and only bath towels provided no hand towels or washcloths. We had to buy our own. Only bottom sheets provided for beds with a quilted spread. The queen bed only has 4 inch foam topping resting on boards - extremely uncomfortable. No sheets provided for Futon if someone wanted to sleep on it. No shelves in upstairs shower for putting shampoo, cream rinse, etc. Shower is extremely small but bathroom is a good size. No shampoo provided as listed. The hotel size bar of soap was old and dried out. Outdoor rug on top of carpeting upstairs does not lay flat and is a tripping hazard. Downstairs bathroom has no counter or storage/shelving for guests' own bathroom items. Very small for 4-5 guests. There isn't a blender or grill. Instead of a toaster there is an air fryer. Host didn't mention that the yard service would show up on Saturday. There is an active wasp nest on front entry that needs to be removed.

Summary: We were two families - one from Boston and one from NYC and we wanted to take our kids to the Philly Zoo and also Sesame Place. This was a perfect house in the perfect location for us to all be central and get to everything quickly and easily. The house is immaculate and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We all loved our little trip!

Summary: The stay would have gotten 5 stars all the way but there was a vehicle parked directly in front of the front door of the house the entire time we were there. Since we arrived late it was rather unsettling. Otherwise, the home was nice and very clean.

Summary: We were only here for a long weekend, but the house is very nicely done and immaculately clean. Nice layout with the large kitchen and stools for the counter and open to the livingroom. Cool bunkbed for the kids and a great place downstairs as well.

Summary: This house is spacious, comfortable and was easy for siblings and their partners to cook and travel to family for Christmas. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. One of the best properties I have stayed in and I have traveled a great deal.Would hope to rent it again!
