Sadly, our June plans changed and we can no longer use the house ourselves. But the house is ready for your early summer getaway to the RI beaches!

This newly refurbished, spotlessly clean charmer features a water view, new mattresses, , SmartTV, wifi, and a comfortable living space with oh-so-beachy decor. Walk across the street to a salt water inlet for swimming, kayaking, sunsets and arguably the best clamming in RI. We are minutes away from four of RI's most beautiful beaches, and a short drive to the Block Island ferry. Perfect spot for a couples getaway or family vacation!

Summary: I can't say enough about how great the house and the owner, Danielle, are. I was booked for the day after Hurricane Henri hit the area and luckily the power was restored to the house a couple of hours before my arrival. Danielle's communication was super throughout. Our stay was great. The house is exactly as described. And the location is perfect for beach, relaxation, and seafood, which was the goal of our getaway. I'll definitely be returning!!

Summary: This little house was just perfect....clean...beautiful sunsets....close to beaches....restaurants.....nice walk to dock.....put in our paddleboards for a great time. We would rent again!!!

Summary: Loved our stay! The cottage is so charming and clean! Wonderful quiet neighborhood. We loved going for morning walks. We saw lots of bunnies and even a buck! The neighbors couldn't have been nicer! We enjoyed watching those beautiful sunsets from the Adirondack chairs and from the dock! Great location! Close to everything! We even walked to Meldgies for breakfast! We didn't want to leave! If Danielle had the availability we would have stayed another week! Danielle was a wonderful host. I'm hoping to vacation there again!

Summary: Great location for kayaking on the salt pond, going to any of the nearby beaches or taking day trip to Block Island. Cottage is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The rental process was easy and the owner responds quickly to questions.

Summary: There were four adults that stayed for one week (July 18-25, 2020). We loved it ! Every morning we walked or rode bikes around the neighborhood, saw some deer and bunnies , and listened to the birds . The cottage is close to the beach or market (or wine store 🍷). It was well stocked with paper products and toiletries. If I can give one suggestion, it would be to install some extra hooks for towels and clothes . Thank you Danielle for a much needed relaxing vacation getaway!

Summary: Beautiful home in a quiet, relaxing setting. We loved the beach decor. We had a perfect week and especially enjoyed watching the early morning sunrise and evening sunsets over looking the water in the Adirondack chairs. Such a peaceful way to spend a weeks vacation. The kids enjoyed jumping off the doc. Everything was well described in this adorable beach charmer. Would love to rent it again and we were sad to leave.
