The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Nice, in a luxury residence, with secure underground parking, 2 private pools (adults and small children) and collective garden.
Easy access and close to all amenities, the port (10 minutes walk), the old town (15 minutes walk) with its friendly stalls and restaurants, supermarkets (10 'walk from Intermarché and Carrefour) and from the sea (500m), on the 1st floor of a building with 4 floors of garage and 4 floors of apartments, it is actually ... on the 5th floor, offering a panoramic view of the sea, the Bay of Angels, the Port, the old Castle of Nice and the city!
Access to the sea is fast (10 minutes walk), through small green and flowering streets.
The interior, all comfort, has been completely refurbished
(June 2012).
The apartment is rented furnished and fully equipped, with secure private parking and charges included (water, electricity, air conditioning or heating depending on the season)
To get to the apartment from the airport:
- From the airport by bus:
take bus 98 or 99 (depending on the terminal of your plane) to the "Bus Station" in the old town, where you can take 2 buses to the apartment: line 81 (direction St Jean Cap Ferrat) or line 100 (direction Menton / Monaco). Get off at the SAINT AIGNAN bus stop, about 800m after the port. Allow 30 to 45 minutes, depending on whether you get a bus directly on arrival or have to wait for the next.
- From the airport by taxi:
a taxi from / to the airport costs 30-35 € (depending on the number of bags and the duration of the journey) and lasts 20-30 minutes, depending on the time and traffic.
To discover Nice and / or get around without a car:
- From the SAINT AIGNAN bus stop, facing the apartment, lines 81 and 100 take you to the Old Town in 5 minutes (a bus every 15-20 minutes).
- If you like walking: count 10 minutes to get to the port (Vieux Port) and 15 minutes to the Place Garibaldi, the beginning of downtown and Old Nice where you will find many shops (crafts, souvenirs, clothing, luxury. ..), tapas bars and nice little restaurants.
Place Garibaldi, there is also the 'tramway' which connects the most important places of Nice (shops, cultural places, tourist, bus and train station, cinemas ...), the supermarket 'Monoprix' and the cinema 'Mercure' (the nearest, 15 minutes walk).

- 'Intermarché' on the road from the port to the apartment (boulevard Lech Walesa) or 'Carrefour' 10 minutes walk (850m) higher on the Boulevard Carnot (direction Villefranche)

Summary: Perfect for a couple. Small flat just off Boulevard Carnot. 10 minute walk down to Port (ideal for Tram from airport). Bed tucked away in alcove not ideal. However rest of apartment made up for it. Great shower. Decent lounge. Fantastic balcony looking over Nice bay. Also decent sized pool. Gets afternoon sun and even better sunset!

Summary: The place provided enough space if you’re planning to be out and about during the daytime. We were a bit annoyed because we were asked to bring 30 euros cash at check in the day we arrived for sheets and I could not recall seeing that on the listing. Even if it cost 30 euros more we would’ve picked this place, but that experience started me off on the wrong foot upon arrival. Our check in process with noelle was lovely and she quickly made me feel better about giving her the 30 euros. She’s a doll and was so helpful and made sure we knew she was available. The view was spectacular, the amenities of the property were great. Be prepared to buy soap and shampoo. But otherwise the place was clean, wonderfully located and comfortable. I would definitely recommend if you are aware of the notes above.

Summary: It is always a pleasure to stay here and I always have a great experience when I visit Nice. Beautiful apartment, beautiful view, great swimming pool, excellent contact with the owner and an exceptional welcoming by Noelle. I highly recommend this property to everyone wanting to come to Nice. The place is close to the old city, city centre, close to a supper market, restaurants and to the port.

Summary: My wife and I spent 8 nights here and would gladly stay here again. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the port with the ships entering and leaving. We enjoyed candlelit dinners on the deck overlooking the pool area. the perfect place for wine drinking or after dinner drinks. The pool is fantastic. Shaded in the morning and sunny in the afternoon. Water was refreshing, but not too cold. There is a good grocery store just up the road a bit. You can walk or there is parking as well. We also had UberEats deliveries, very convenient with many options in town. Onsite Parking is secure and easy to use. There is bus stop right outside, if you use transit options. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Summary: The apartment was lovely and we had no problems at all. The view from the balcony was amazing and we enjoyed spending time out there in the evenings. It was easily accessible from the town, just a short walk from the port. The buses were really good. Noelle who looked after us was lovely and accommodating. There was a great supermarket which was a ten minute walk away (the walk was lovely so doesn't feel like ten mins!) and you could get the bus to this as well. It was comfortable for kids. The balcony was safe and Noelle provided a good cot and highchair. However, the pool was too cold for my one year old so if you want a pool and you have young kids who don't like cold water, this may not be the right place for you. The apartment was clean and modern. We had a lovely holiday and didn't want to come home. Thank you x

Summary: This is a well-equipped and well situated one bedroom apartment for exploring Nice and its environs. The strongest recommendation we can give is that this was our second stay in the apartment and we hope to return again. The apartment was clean, recently renovated and everything was in perfect working order. The balcony provides lovely views of the port of Nice. The port is about 15 minutes’ walk away and has bars, restaurants and shops but the apartment is on a hillside. We would typically walk down to the port but at the end of the day being lazy take the bus back (3 bus stops). There is a large Carrefour supermarket at the top of the hill (about 2 bus stops, but ok to walk) to pick up groceries. The 81 and 100 tourist bus serve the Saint Aignan stop which is across the road from the apartment. This makes it a good place to explore Monaco, Menton, Villefranche Sur Mer, Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu Sur Mer and Eze. Also, the apartment has its own pool, which seemed to be rarely busy. I hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Summary: My partner and I were looking for a place which would offer us some comfort, easy access to the beach and a nice size swimming pool... and this apartment had it all. The first impression we had when contacting the owner was really good, a very nice and serious guy that was always ready to answer all the questions we had regarding the apartment. The apartment had it all: Very nice decorated, nice taste and most important: very neat clean. We can dare to say that the apartment is even better looking than in the pictures. Also, it is fully furnished, with WiFi and Cable. The location is great, close to the bay and old town. We could not find a better view than the one this apartment gave us. We rented a car, and it was great because we got a private parking spot when rented the apartment. We left with a very nice experience and even then the owner was very nice by asking us if everything went well. We definitively recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to have a very romantic and relaxing time in Nice.
