Positive: Probably one of the most comfortable apartments I have stayed in. Location was amazing, 1 block from train station (amazing for day trips across the coast), 4 blocks from the beach, 1 block from a Monoprix (grocery store) and right on top of amazing restaurants. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed to cook at home. A/C was a godsend during the summer. The host was very attentive and to the point.

Positive: The apartment was immaculate and spacious and has everything you need. It is in the perfect location with some of the best restaurants only steps away. Main train station was literally a 3 minute walk and the beautiful beach about a 7 minute walk. As we arrived early, our host Florent stored our luggage so we could explore Cannes. He was always extremely responsive to messages and provided us with much information and great restaurants. It was an absolute pleasure to meet Florent upon our arrival and without a doubt I would stay at the apartment should I return to Cannes. Thankyou for a memorable stay.

Negative: We only stayed for two nights and when we arrived, there was no soap, toilet paper, shampoo, rubbish bags,coffee nor towels enough for six adults. The underground parking is very difficult but at least there’s a parking spot.

Positive: Great location, very comfortable beds, lots of towels, pillows, toilet rolls. The apartment was very spacious, super clean with a fabulous shower. The kitchen was well stocked and the balcony was a real bonus.

Negative: Parking in Cannes can be a pain, but I would recommend to get to know parking apps and once you get a parking you just keep paying on the app. Please note it will cost a lot
