Positive: Easy, large and welcoming living space makes it easy to be inside on a wet day. 15 mins walk to the beach with a good yard space for the dog. Well equiped kitchen and comfortable beds and powerful shower (in en suite anyway). Good wifi too
Negative: Dont over worry the negatives here - it really is a lovely house. But a bit of maintenance is due! Fan broken in ensuite, bulbs missing in chandellier and broken gutter outside pours water noisily onto patio. The TV is quite old and has a poor picture. The tv sound bar just couldnt be made to work! Small things but worth spending a little time on fixing. There is a street light just outide the main bedroom which the shutters cannot eliminate.
Summary: Wonderful stay in West Wittering - needs a little TLC

Positive: The house is gorgeous, especially the living area and the master suite. Beds were very comfortable, and we felt well rested after we left. The location is perfect, 15 slow walk to the gorgeous beach, and there’s a great gastro pub opposite the house.
Negative: I couldn’t fault the property.

Positive: Me and my husband had a few days with the dogs and wanted something spacious and close to the beach.it was PERFECT. So peaceful and quiet, the house is stunning Communication on the website was amazing for access. LOVED the layout and the front room Parking was easy The pub opposite was fantastic. Great food, lovely people and nice atmosphere 10 minute walk to the beach Will absolutely be back

Positive: Sitting room was amazing - perfect for our weekend away. Log burner was great to have as the weather was very chilly. Patio are was lovely as well.
Negative: Single beds were not very comfortable and we didn’t sleep very well as a result.

Positive: Generally excellent. The staff at the Witterings pub could not have been more friendly and it’s a great pub too.
Negative: 1. Why is such a nicely appointed property is the bed in the master bedroom only a small double and not a queen or a king. Result was two poor nights sleep. 2. The yard was a bit of a mess when we arrived, with a lot of fallen (and rotting) apples which needed to be cleared before we could let the dogs out.
