Positive: Very disappointing. The booking.com was confirmed and paid in advance however when we arrived we had to pay again plus 40 dollars more. The room was okay but needs updating. The beds could not be slept in so awful. We slept on the floor after one night in the bed. The TV went out and had to reconnected by the staff. They were unfriendly and not professional looking at all. Do not stay here.
Summary: Awful atmosphere but a grand time nonetheless in the boardwalk

Positive: That it was convenient to Boardwalk and the owners were nice
Negative: 1. Room wasn't clean 2. Damages throughout the room and the damages were not from us.l 3. Steps to get to third floor from first floor up were unsafe 4. Staff never checked room if we needed towels or toilet paper we had to retrieve ourselves 5. Rear parking lot extra small.. had really hard time fitting my Chrysler Aspen is a parking spot in the back

Positive: This motel has improved significantly! I viewed multiple rooms, and each one was spotless, with comfortable beds. They've made a lot of positive changes. Seaside Heights now requires renters to be at least 25 years old, which has made a noticeable difference. This used to be a party motel, with young crowds and noisy gatherings, but this time, I only saw families. The atmosphere was peaceful, and everything was exceptionally clean.
Negative: This motel offers on-site parking, and the boardwalk is conveniently located right across the street. Situated in the heart of the boardwalk, it provides easy access to everything within a short walking distance. It was a delightful surprise! I’ve stayed here in the past, and honestly, it was a dump. Young kids were partying everywhere, even hanging off the balconies, and the rooms were dirty and smelled bad. However, they’ve completely revamped the rooms and the entire property. Everything is now very clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and both the heat and air conditioning work well. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating, even showing me multiple rooms due to my disability. Every room I saw was spotless.
