Summary: This was a perfect and safe place for my college aged daughter to stay as she needed housing for 20 days when she was in between apartment leases and needed to be in College Park for an in-person summer class. It was so close to everything, pet friendly with a pet park within walking distance, and big enough to house her packed up things. The host was so quick to communicate and easy to work with when dates had to be adjusted. Having a reserved place was key but most of all I was at peace knowing she was in a great location but still close to UMD.

Summary: This studio is compact and provides everything needed. It is clean and very cute. The only two cons were the bed was very soft and didn’t feel super stable/supportive and you can hear the walking/stomping etc from place above. Communicating with the property manager was easy and they responded quickly to questions. The location is conveniently located in Downtown Silver Spring with plenty of food and shopping options in walking distance. It is about an 8-12 minute walk to the Silver Spring Metro station. It’s a short walk to Safeway or Whole Foods if you have needs for basic items or want to cook in the kitchen. Overall a solid option if visiting Silver Spring/DC area.

Summary: The highs were high and the lows were low. Let me start with the positive. It was easy to get to and easy to get into the apartment. It's in a fantastic area of Silver Spring with may restaurants, a theater, Safeway and Whole Foods and much more within easy walking distance. The included parking space is in a great spot to unload straight into the apartment. Unfortunately, the flooring is delaminating, the door to the bathroom sticks, the furniture is uncomfortable and low quality. The TV doesn't have Chromecast built in, which would help. The coffee maker was a super-cheap knockoff and was broken when we arrived and the owner has apparently filed a claim against me as if I broke it.

Summary: We really enjoyed our time here, the listing was very much how it was in reality. This was a great place for us to come home and relax after long days being out and about. The plushness of the towels were lovely and the place was very clean and well stocked.
