Summary: The house was extremely moldy/musty smelling even with windows opened. The carpet in the bedroom areas had huge stains in all rooms and hallway. The house was not clean. We cut our trip short as we didn’t want to stay another night. The host did give a small compensation. The location is good for what we did but the home needs work.

Summary: The property was great! Nice close place to the Lake and Put In Bay Jet Express access. We had everything we needed, and the house was very nice! There was one thing I found in the upstairs bedroom after pulling off the sheets as the checkout instructions kind of grossed me out. The sheets underneath the far back bedroom were dirty from another family. It looked like someone put 2 sets of sheets which looked clean to me but underneath was another set (dirty). Would suggest the cleaning crew remove all bedding to be sure. With the amount of extra charged for cleaning I should not have found this. Otherwise, the place was perfect. I hate to complain, and I would not have noticed until I removed and placed all the bedding when we left.

Summary: This home is beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious. Very well-appointed, providing many conveniences that are not always typical in rentals, making our stay 'like home' and hassle-free. There was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. Coffee drinkers will appreciate that both types of brewers are available. The beach is a short 4 block walk, or there's a convenient parking lot if walking is not your thing. Pretty front porch and nice rear patio with fire pit. Our host, Kyle, was responsive and great to work with. Sweetwater is pretty sweet 😊
