Summary: We absolutely loved this place for the time we were able to be there. Had horse shows all day for two days and didn’t get to enjoy the patio or neighborhood as much as we would have liked to. Hope to be back again in the future. Beautiful home and location. Larry was great to woek with.

Summary: Second time staying here. It is convenient to where my aged mother lives, and better to have a home to ourselves than rent two or more rooms at a motel. Love the setting, and it's a very comfortable home.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage along the river! The house was in beautiful condition and well appointed. Being right next to the river and swinging bridge offered gorgeous views. Would highly recommend.

Summary: Stayed with my mom and sister. Each bedroom was set up very comfortably with tv’s so you can have personally space if needed. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Very clean. Decorated adorably. We were ready to move in! The outdoor patio is set up with beautiful plants and comfortable furniture. One of the best places I’ve stayed.

Summary: Visiting family for the weekend. Location is close to town and has an absolutely gorgeous outdoor space. House was appointed very thoughtfully and was really attractive. I grew up in that area so have a very fond place in my heart for that particular stretch of the Iowa. Was fun to enjoy it from a different view. Recommend.
