Summary: Customer service made this hotel a pleasurable stay. Incredibly kind staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. I also enjoyed the hotel’s restaurant in the evening. Overall exceptional service!

Summary: Checkin with Bella was easy quick & very nice. I was offered a bottle of wine for my birthday which was lovely. Also the service offering drinks while waiting for checkin/out was a really nice touch

Summary: This hotel was located near the transportation hub, which made getting around Sydney and to/from the airport easy. I never had to walk far for anything. The breakfast was great, both the buffet and the in-room dining. The staff saved me a few dollars by allowing me to borrow an umbrella. This was my first stay, and it set a high bar.
