Positive: Hosts so welcoming and helpful. Location was divine and the opportunity to stroll through the vineyard and visit the winery itself to have a sneak peek at some of the wonderful processes the family use was just delightful. Felt like a weekend in Provence! We loved the visits by the host cats as well- the quietly charming Digby and effervescent and affectionate Sapphire.
Negative: Nothing. even the weather was perfect!
Summary: A delightful stay in an idyllic location.

Positive: If you like wine, this is a fantastic place to stay. It's on the wine cycle trail, too. We enjoyed the vineyard views, being able to taste and purchase lovely wine, and sit out on the expansive deck, which is on the front and side of the apartment. It was hot during our stay, so the swimming pool was nice to have. The bathroom is lovely, and the bed is really comfy. The kitchen has everything you need (especially really nice wine glasses!), although a bit cramped for space.
Negative: The kitchen/living area is a bit lacking in any space for food items. A storage chest on the deck would be ideal for the outdoor furniture cushions so that there is enough space for the portable table if it's too cold/wet to sit outside. The surrounds still need a bit of work (in progress) to make it top-notch, but this did not detract at all for our stay as the weather was dry.

Positive: We loved the unit, the deck, the views - and the super comfortable bed! The shower had great water pressure as well.
Negative: The only improvements we would suggest are minor - like lounge chairs by the pool (the ones that were there seemed very old and were hard/uncomfortable), and maybe a couple more sizes of pots/frying pans. Also, it seems work is being done - but once the area around the pool and the rest of the house is finished, Iโ€™d imagine thatโ€™ll be tidier and a bit nicer.
Summary: Beautiful views, super comfortable bed, and delicious wine - we had a great stay. The pool was a nice bonus on a hot day

Positive: A hidden gem located in the middle of a working vineyard with the owner on site and ready to offer support whenever needed while being attentive to the occupant's privacy. The unit appeared to be near new with up to the minute appointments. Outstanding value for money. Many thanks Terry.
