Summary: We enjoyed the location and cozy feel of the cabin. However, listing an electric “fireplace” that puts out no heat as a fireplace is quite a stretch. Kitchen was dirty, poorly organized and needs a thorough cleaning. Coffee maker had mildew in the tank and an old pod on arrival. Sink had food debris and the water only worked part of the time. Wifi did not work on the 5g we were told to use- we’re able up connect to main house in one area of the cabin. Overall a nice stay but this rental needs some love and attention to deserve the 5 star review the owner asks for. You could tell the place had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while- makes you wonder why we are paying a cleaning fee.

Summary: Space was clean and heat worked well in the cabin. The place was easy to find and check in was perfect. We were not fully aware that the garage under the cabin would be in-use by the owners, but it was no problem at all. I would stay here again!

Summary: Located on the best part of Lake Tahoe (in my opinion) so close to so many activities. The cabin was great and the host was awesome. We arrived late at night and she still made sure we got checked in ok. Was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again

Summary: The cabin is a very charming and comfortable space. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the cabin is comfortably furnished throughout. Could use a little TLC overall given age of property and usage, to really standout at 5 stars, but still is likely some cuts above most other rentals in the area. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Summary: My husband and I stayed for five nights over July 4th and really enjoyed our stay. The location of the cabin was great, and there is a comfy pull out bed (not shown) if you prefer separate beds. We had our dog who is a “leash” dog and be prepared, the neighborhood has quite a few off leash dogs. Everyone was very respectful of our dog on leash, however. The location to the private beach was awesome and we enjoyed the bike trail into town. Hope to stay at the cabin again!
