In addition to its proximity to all the nightlife & casinos in Stateline, Tahoe Woods is close to hiking, biking & rock climbing at Van Sickle State Park, as well as the famous Tahoe Rim Trail. This 3BR townhome features modern mountain décor in an open-concept living space, large windows, vaulted ceilings & AC.
This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 9 if children are included. It cannot host more than 8 adults. This applies 24/7.
Local Tip: Not only is Tahoe Woods walking distance from all the fun at Stateline but there are also hidden outdoor gems as well! Just behind the village center is the Van Sickle State Park for hiking, biking & lots of rocks for kids to climb on. Nearby is Tahoe Rim Trail which offers great views of the lake & mountains.

It was in a perfect walkable location to both the village for yummy food and shopping and to the gorgeous views at the lake. We traveled with our small child and it was so helpful to be able to rent the pack-n-play! Everything was clean and comfortable. This was one of the best rentals we have ever used.

Summary: The location is perfect! Walkable to the restaurants, casinos & shopping (Target soon to come). Being there in the snow made the convenience of a garage plus driveway made unloading super easy - thank goodness because we were there in the snow. The house itself is gorgeous and spacious! I feel like the pictures make it look smaller than it is; there is plenty of space. The kitchen is stocked really well; whoever decided what the basics are is someone who cooks. There's even a slow cooker! The large dining table & kitchen stools to hang out at plus living room seating has such great vacation vibes - very chill. I would say the only...and I mean ONLY challenge we had was the TV because the directions were not easy to figure out but we did after we tried a few things. Now back to the good stuff...the rooms are large and the beds are comfy. The bathrooms are gorgeous and have good water pressure. FYI: The kitchen and living area are on the second floor if you have a stairs issue for someone (we didn't).We all wished we were snowed in to stay longer. Absolutely will be back! If you need more than one rental house this is a great option with plenty of other rentals in this gated community. Communication was great with the rental agency - thank you!

Summary: We loved how big the house was. Plenty room for everyone. We walked to all the restaurants and night life. We will stay here again. Also having locked gated entry was nice

Extra parking spaces available in area unlike what is explained. Home was well equipped & very comfortable. Air worked well especially cause of record heat. Walking to lake & Heavenly Village very close House could use a few touch ups but overall worked out great for our Fam. There is a unit above. Can be irritating if kids above run & jump on floor. Patio needed attention.
