Positive: The peace and quiet, the ability to make my own meals and not eat out, the comfort. I don't like noisy hotel rooms; I don't want or need room service; I prefer being out of the inner city traffic and hubbub.
Negative: The couch could be firmer and more comfortable but that didn't detract much from the whole stay.
Summary: This was absolutely perfect for me and I will book it again if I need to stay in Silver Spring again

Positive: No breakfast included - but - this was, by far, the most comfortable place I could have booked for my stay in Silver Spring. It really is a home away from home. I am already booked for next week, and will hopefully be able to book it again when I have more therapy appointments. In fact, I will try to schedule therapy around its availability. Any and every time I have to stay in Silver Spring I hope to be able to stay here. With a full kitchen, going out to eat is a choice, not a necessity. I can't say enough how happy I am with my stay here.
Negative: The living room couch could be more firm, but that slight drawback does not detract from the whole experience.
