What Our Guests say 500 + Reviews

Summary: This was our 2nd vacation booked with Calvin at the Tap Inn, and we would definitely book again. The house is clean, well equipped, and walking distance to everything we needed. I appreciated the kitchen and laundry for our longer stay. I enjoyed being able to walk to the Qualicum Foods in the morning and pick up whatever we felt like for dinner. The Tap Onn has everythjng wr needed. The area is quiet, a short drive to Englishman River falls (my kids braved the chilly water), Coombs, and Nanaimo for an outing. But I LOVE how close the house is to the water. Coffee and a walk every morning- so good for the soul. Thank you, Calvin and Caari, again- our stay was wonderful and we will be back again.

Summary: Calvin and Cari have a wonderful vacation home that offered everything we needed. Comfortable, clean, and a few extras that made our vacation even better. Walking distance to the shops, walking distance to the beach (maybe 5 minutes), and the bikes & paddle boards were especially appreciated by everyone. I could have stayed out on the water on that board for hours. Communication was quick and friendly, and the hosts are attentive to the maintenance of the home. I couldn't have asked for anything more for my family. It was a wonderful vacation. Everyone feels rested and rejuvenated, and enjoyed the stay. I would recommend Calvin, Cari and the Tapp Inn to those looking for a home away from home for a get away. We will be back!

Summary: It was great from beginning to end - amazing location, great communication, super clean, and a very welcoming host. We were able to use the paddle boards and bikes to go for rides to the beach. We are two families with small children - it was perfect for us!
