Positive: Brilliant location, spacious and very lovely house. Very well equipped .
Negative: Carpet in one of the bedrooms required cleaning but everything else was lovely.

Positive: Location was perfect for the wedding we were attending, house was clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels and bedding etc. baby items like bed and high chair where included. Spacious house, comfortable. Village located in was lovely. Park included and shops etc
Negative: Couldn’t control the temper of water so Child burnt themselves when washing hands after the loo. Also the top rooms were Extremely hot, made it difficult to sleep with small children as we couldn’t open the windows as they had no safety catches on so couldn’t risk them falling out. No fans etc. We have a larger car due to family size and couldn’t get in to the house to park, one neighbour was rude and told us off as it was a private road, So we parked on the main road which was difficult with small children but not a big deal. Tv and internet didn’t work over the weekend. Tv wouldn’t show any channels and the apps crashed after a minute of playing it. Information Book provided states the house has a gas oven. It’s electric only the hob is gas. No gate on the side of the house so couldn’t let the children or dog play in the garden.

Positive: Excellent property for a visit to Oulton Park. We had four in our party but could easily accommodate a lot more. Communication with the owner was first class with a rapid response to any queries we had. Pubs and shops just around the corner.

The house had everything we needed and wouldn't hesitate to book again. Dave was a great host and quick to answer any questions.

Positive: It’s a lovely cottage with plenty of space , the floor heating was is the best part of the cottage. Easy communication with the owner and lovely location. Shops and pubs close by as well, there is a lovely local coffee shop close by.
Negative: It’s a lovely cottage but it requires some maintenance, a coffee machine would be nice to have.
