Condo is located in a very quiet and secure 15 unit complex, within walking distance to beach, supermarket, stores, medical centre, and fine restaurants. Ground floor and overlooking the water with a balcony. Features nice and well-stocked kitchen, large dining room (seats 6), large living room, bedroom with king size bed, another bedroom with queen bed and double bed, 2 newly renovated bathroom ( mai 2018) new paint, new bedding.

Summary: Unless you must have a condo overlooking the Ocean or just a few steps from the beach, this is the perfect place. For my wife and I who are currently full-time travelers, it offered most of what we need. Plenty of room. A king-sized bed. Internet access. A TV in both the family room and bedroom. A quiet location. A lovely setting overlooking the canal. A relaxing patio to eat breakfast or lunch. The only draw-back was the teeny-tiny kitchen. It was so small that...(well make up your own joke) Also, we could walk to the Publix grocery store and Dollar Tree. Also there were several good breakfast/lunch spots we could walk to as well. The beach is just 1/2 mile away. We walked down there almost every day. It's has a very pleasant area to walk, relax or get a cup of coffee. In addition, within 2-3 miles driving distance are enough different restaurants and shops to keep you busy for 2-3 months. We would definitely stay there again, even with the smallest kitchen in the world

Summary: The location of this property is very convenient to the grocery store, the beach area and main arteries of travel. It is well maintained and very clean and well-kept. Our view out the kitchen and dining window was lovely. Sitting on the patio in the early morning or anytime of day was quite tranquil and picturesque. We would love to stay here again in the future.
