Guests have full access of the house with the exception of the locked maintenance closet. The backyard is shared with other guests. We ask that you are respectful, throw away trash and cigarette butts.
Prior to arrival, I will send you check-in instructions. They will include the door code. No having to meet at a specified time for check-in! You arrive when you get here - and you have access immediately! I am on call should you have any questions or anything breaks, etc. I always leave a phone number for another member of my staff if I am out of town. And I always respond to AirBNB messages quickly.
East Riverside, Uptown. House is on a busy commercial street which goes the entire distance across Uptown down the river. Walk to bars, restaurants, shopping, or catch an uber for a quick ride Uptown or downtown.
Base rate is valid for up to 4 guests. Additional guests are an additional charge. Max occupancy of 6.
If you find you have less guests than your original booking, 1 price adjustment may be made prior to your arrival. Refund is 50% of additional guest fee up to 1 week prior to arrival.

Summary: We came in to town for a wedding but didn’t want to be in separate hotel rooms. We have mixed feelings about the location. It was away from the “city” so we spent on ride shares to do the wedding events and tourist sites. That was extra we’d rather not have spent. We loved walking for coffee, tacos, fais do do and beer in the Tchoupitoulas neighborhood. We did that every day. Close enough to Magazine Street to enjoy that too. The street can get really busy too. Mostly during commuter times - noisy but traffic noise not bar noise - different. Okay for us. And bedrooms are away from road. Perfect crash pad for our adult family.

Summary: We loved our time here. Very clean, quick response on the 1-2 issues we had during our week. Surprised at how quiet the neighborhood was! Local restaurants were great. Hope we make it back one day!

Summary: House was great and well furnished. Close to really good food and the Garden District. Rouse’s Grocery was just down the road. French Quarter and downtown only 10-15 minute drive.

Summary: Nice home. The upstairs was hot and had a few stains on the linen but this was a really nice and clean home otherwise

Summary: Came for a baseball tourney and the stay at the property was great! Couple of minor issues but would recommend to anyone else coming into New Orleans! Hopefully we can bring the whole family back soon.
