Summary: Very clean & comfortable with a nice open layout. The pictures represent the property perfectly. Nice quiet neighborhood in a convenient location. Great amenities. The only thing I would suggest is stronger WiFi in the Casita. Enjoyed our visit very much and would consider this property again and would recommend to others.

Summary: Our stay was good. The house is very clean and well kept. The only downside was that the couches are horribly uncomfortable to sleep on. (they were included in listing as sleeper sofas) both pull out but are very uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay!

Summary: This is an excellent property, new, clean and the property manager is very helpful. I had a few problems on arrival and the property manager was quick to respond and the problems were solved immediately. He is very concerned about the comfort of his tenants. I will use this property again the next time I have a need.

Summary: This unit was perfect for our 3 day stay in/around Phoenix. It was SUPER close to the ASU campus and a short 15 minute drive to Sloan Park for Spring Training baseball. We went to the Phoenix zoo and drove up to Sedona for a day as well. Great location for doing all that =) The only reason I give this unit a 4 is because of the bed/pillows in the bedroom. You could definitely tell it had been slept on for quite a while. If the owner changes out the bed, this place would be perfect. The rest of the unit was updated, pictures online match it perfectly and there was plenty of space for my 10 month old to crawl around. The owner also contacted me when there was a street closer and that was VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.
