Positive: We were able to check-in to our room early. Everyone went out of there way to help us. They had english menu which was very helpful. The dinner was delicious. The hotel offered morning exercise routine before breakfast. As it was clouded over, we couldn't experience the sunset but last time we went the sunset was magnificent. The beds were comfortable.

Positive: Very friendly and clean mountain lodge at an altitude of 2300m in the middle of the Tateyama mountain range. We had a very scenic walk from Murodo to the lodge for about an hour. Highly recommend!

Positive: Facilities were clean and adequate. Rooms were comfy; we booked a room for 6 with futon beds and had such a good night sleep. The best part of the hotel is not just the scenery outside the building but the food. The dinner and breakfast were so amazing and delicious!!! At night you could watch the stars outside the building and it was so mesmerizing. The staff were super friendly and kind, always ready to help. It was such a good stay we wish we had more days.
Negative: The room got a little stuffy at night because we didn’t open the windows as there were many bugs during summer.
Summary: Well fed with a good night rest in a beautiful location!

Positive: Warm welcome with early check-in and satisfying meals. A great experience! A 30-minute walk to the Snow Walls—after my dinner, there was no one around. You can take all kinds of photos without the crowds
Negative: Would be nice to open the windows for fresh air, but there’s no mosquito mesh—so prepare for bugs

Positive: Clean, good food , good activity for guests, nice view from every rooms ( guest rooms and dining room) , staffs are all friendly and very helpful
