Positive: Ivano, his mother (Dona Maria), and his father welcomed us warmly at Tenuta. Naples became our favorite city on our Italian trip, and our stay here was instrumental in making that happen. We faced train issues, but even arriving late, Ivano and his father helped us reach the hotel safely. The property is exceptional: the room was spotlessly clean and fragrant, with all hygiene essentials (towels, shampoo, soap). The balcony overlooked a stunning garden, and there was ample parking. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with fresh croissants in varied flavors, plus daily offerings of water, juice, and milk. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped, allowing us to prepare quick snacks or full meals (stove and all necessary utensils). Dona Maria’s kindness, left a lasting impression. The warmth and coziness of the place made this our best accommodation. The location is steps from the metro, simplifying visits to all sights and even a day trip to Pompeii. The hosts provided dining recommendations and escorted us to the metro. Our first time in Naples was unforgettable, and the city is breathtaking. We can’t wait to return and will definitely stay at Tenuta again.

Positive: The staff is very attentive. The facilities are new and the location is very quiet. We felt very comfortable. 10 minutes walk to the metro to get to Naples, you can leave your car parked on the property and reach the center of Naples by public transport.

Positive: It was great. It has free parking inside the yard. The breakfast includes croissants, bread, gems, coffee, juices, water and fruits. It has a share kitchen. The room is new and great. The location is like 700 m from the metro. I recommand.

Positive: The property is very clean and the staff makes you feel like you're family. Ivano, his Mom and the rest of the team were more than warm and welcoming to us. They are also conveniently located very close to the city centre and public transportation stations. I would 100 percent recommend this property.

Positive: The place was very clean and the rooms were modern with super comfy beds. The location was great, only being a 5 minute walk to the metro and close to a supermarket and cafes. The secure parking was great too Most of all, all of the hosts were unbelievably kind and helpful, they went over an above to help us (they took us to the station and even ironed my hisbands shirt) They made the stay very memorable

Positive: This was a very relaxed stay thanks to the owners who are very kind and thoughtful. Maria is very friendly and even gave us a lift to the metro station once. Every morning in the kitchen we could find super tasty fresh croissants, coffee, in the fridge there was always fresh water and juice. The rooms were very tidy and beds very comfortable. The premises are secured and we could relax knowing our car is safe there. The location was good for us because we didn't want to stay too close to the city centre. This is a 10/10 as it ticked all the boxes for us and as I've mentioned it's not always about the place where you stay but often it's the people who make it a memorable experience.
