Summary: The reason I gave the 3 stars was in the way the staff was unable to solve or escalate our needs. I reserved a room with 2 beds and ocean view, upon my arrival I got a room with a king size bed. Beautiful view, but 1 bed. It took them over an hour to give me a room with 2 beds whenIhad made my reservationfora room with two beds. Once I got the new room we were not pleased with the view. It was a partial view. Once I told them about the view they made us wait until the next day after 3 pm to give us the new room. Another complain is the internet, we couldn't get a good signal and the T.V. never worked. Didn't have service our whole stay. We kept calling the only reply was they're working on it. The keys to the room had to be reactivated every day and sometimes more than once. That was very inconvenient.

Summary: Our room was very damp, moist. Covers were wet and damp. Not sure it was due the ocean or poor room ventilation. Hallway was so noisy, weddind from musicnight until 2am. Music was so loud you could hear it from the 15th floor
