Las Conchas is an exclusive gated community in Puerto Penasco made up of elegant, single family beach homes. Situated at the end of the magnificent Las Conchas peninsula, you’ll find the newly constructed Tessoro.
Take your private elevator directly into a beautifully furnished, spacious condo that sleeps 6-8. There are three bedrooms (each with a king bed), two full baths and two private balconies -- one facing east and one facing west. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room if extra sleeping accommodations are needed. Since Tessoro is located on a peninsula, you can enjoy a view of the water from every room in this 1755 square foot paradise…and that doesn’t include the outdoor space, which is another 500 square feet!
Perched on the 4th floor, our location offers the perfect mix of a panoramic view of the seascape, coupled with of a view of the elegantly lit infinity pool and other interesting landscape and onyx light features below.
Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen that boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, while overlooking the breathtaking Sea of Cortez. The owners love to cook, so the kitchen is very well equipped, as well as stocked with gorgeous stoneware to set an elegant table. Have dinner at the stone mosaic table out on the balcony while experiencing some of the most amazing sunsets you’ve ever seen. Take a warm bubble bath in the jetted tub behind the backlit golden onyx alter, or indulge in your own private hot tub on the balcony.
Take advantage of the exclusivity of the Las Conchas peninsula, where you’ll feel like you’re on the edge of world with your own private beach. Explore the diversity of the tide pools that form differently each day, and even each hour. A bird watching paradise - take in the many different species of gorgeous birds that call the peninsula their home. You may even get lucky enough to spot dolphins, sea lions, or even the occasional fin whale. The estuary is also the ideal spot to kayak or stand up paddle board.
For your convenience, there is a landline phone for your use to call the States, and a wireless internet connection.
The condo is equipped with a Blu-ray disc player, DVD player, and four televisions. There is also a selection of movies. The condo has a c.d player, and 2 small Ipod docking stations.
There is a private laundry room available for stays of 5 nights or longer (shorter stays require an extra charge).

Summary: We have been going to Rocky Point for 35 years and always stayed in the Sandy Beach area. Tessoro is at the end of Las Conchas, and we were blessed with what is the prettiest and private beach in the area. Being able to bring our dog really made it special. The location is at the inlet to the estuary. You can walk for miles. The unit is spectacular and clean. The elevator opens at your units door, no other units. Everything was available, ac was super cold, water was hot and plentiful. Host had detailed information on how to get there. Tessoro being 10 minutes from town limits the vendors on the beach. We never had a vendor selling on the beach which we were just fine with. A 100% home run vacation!

Summary: We had a great stay at this location. It’s away from all the downtown area at the end of las conchas. The beach was clean and mostly private as only resort guests are in this area. We were able to check in early and the condo was clean and ready for us. Everything was as pictured and our host was easy to communicate with. There are beach chairs included, overall nice spot.if you are looking for nightlife and bars to go to, this is not the place for you unless you don’t mind driving. Malecón is about 25 min drive.

Summary: We normally stay in the Sandy Beach resorts but wanted to try something different and also bring our dogs. What a great location at the end of Las Conchas! Development is starting to show its age but makes up for it in the peaceful seclusion and having the majority of the beach to yourself. Several times morning & evening we were the only ones on the beach for as far as you could see

Summary: The Owner was amazing and responsive and accomodating. Property grounds needs better care and management. Lots of deferred maintenance on the property grounds. Condo is absolutely beautiful and comfortable and the views from the balconies from all 3 rooms were phenomenal. Beach was clean and stunning. 20 minutes from town so take what you need.

Summary: Loved location, worked out great for fishing. Had great view of ocean. Not a lot of people so it wasnt noisy. Not to far from downtown rocky point to go have food. Wish there was a bar and food at the place. They do have private vendors come with drinks, banana boat, jet ski, horseback ride on beach. That is what i had seen while staying. Pool is beautiful. Appears location got damaged from storm but not fixed. Some things in the room that was broken and needed fixing. Its a great place would come again.

Summary: The condo was beautiful! The location was perfect! I loved that we had our own Jacuzzi on the patio too! Thank you for letting us take our fur babies! They loved it too! I wish the swim up bar would have been open. The master bed was a little too tall for me. But other wise comfortable. I would have liked to have done laundry while we were there too. A couple of more trash bags would be good too. We had a good amount of trash. Overall we absolutely loved it! Thank you again!
