Summary: Absolutely beautiful home! We planned a family trip to go play on our side by sides. In total there were 4 adults and 6 minors. This house is a wonderful place if you have trailers or even alot of people to get showers! Definitely going to be our go to spot when we want to go back to gator run off road park! Annette was quick to respond after our stay. I have absolutely no complaints and did not have to contact host for anything! If you have a big family this is Definitely the spot for you!

Summary: We had stayed in this house five years ago and enjoyed it, so we decided to re-book. Our trip was mainly about seeing the Wonderland of Lights in downtown Marshall. The home is about a 20 minute drive which is nice. It has a huge backyard for kids to stretch their legs. I love that it has a bathroom with each of the five bedrooms plus one in the living area. For six adults and four kids it was quite roomy. My only suggestion is that most of the beds are very squeaky. Still a nice home for extended families.

Summary: Great place for a large family. Everyone had a room, space, and bathrooms! House was clean and we especially appreciated the little Easter touches! The area is rural, but very quiet and peaceful!

Summary: Annette was super sweet and we enjoyed our stay SO much. I was slightly disappointed with the beds, not as big as anticipated and make LOTS of noise when you move. They need to be updated, really that's the only issue with this rental but that would not keep us from renting again. Thank you for the memories. This place had LOTS of room and the place is stocked with just what you need.

Summary: My husband and I booked this house for Christmas weekend with our parents. I wasn’t able to attend because of our children was sick, but I had messaged them prior to the weekend and asked if they would be decorating for Christmas. They responded saying no (hassle and damage risk I’m sure) Well my husband shows up with the family and they had decorated! So sweet they went out of their way like that. He said the place was perfect and cozy.

Summary: The property had plenty of room for our large group celebrating our son’s graduation. We loved that every bedroom has its own bathroom. The backyard was spacious as well. We didn’t have time to cook, but the kitchen seemed well-appointed. It is about 12 minutes from Marshall, so the location was fairly decent. Overall a very comfortable stay for a big group.
