Negative: It is a bit remote and the kitchen did not have an oven but had a fridge.

Positive: Location central, plenty of space and due to the live front and sleep rear design the property was quiet at night. Very comfortable and all the facilities that you may need.
Negative: Nothing much, bathrooms a bit tired, however everything worked well.

Positive: Breakfast was left in the kitchenette. This was very convenient. There was plenty of food of good quality. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.
Negative: All very good. Absolutely no complaints. A magnifying mirror would be a nice bonus.
Summary: Unless you want to pay for a fancy hotel you couldn’t find a better place to stay near Kilkenny.

Positive: Our host was extremely helpful and accommodating. We had internet connectivity issues on our first day but owners could not have been more understanding and patient. We truly loved the house and would recommend to anyone.
Summary: We stayed in a wonderful top floor apartment with lots of space, very modern, with tremendous hosts.

Positive: Unique property located in the beautiful countryside outside the town of Kilkenny. The Attic is literally located in the family home's attic so you will need to climb two flights of stairs to reach it. The room consists of two bedrooms with a huge living and dining area in between including a pool table and foosball game. The en suite kitchenette is stocked with self-serve breakfast items including freshly baked bread.
Negative: Not sure if possible but adding a sign on the driveway from the street would be helpful. We first pulled into the neighbor's drive who kindly directed us further downhill to the property. I would suggest first arriving at the property in daylight as it is a bit tricky to find (the host did send me the Google Maps Irish location code which was extremely helpful though).
Summary: Spent a quiet night in the Irish countryside at this magnificent property!

Positive: Everything, spotless clean, comfortable beds, great fun playing pool and loads of breakfast cereal, fruit, milk bread butter and treats left for us, host was easily contactable and so nice, beautiful views and short drive from Kilkenny
