Positive: Location was excellent in the middle of the town, rooms are over the bar, bar does excellent food, staff are very friendly, entrance is a separate to the bar, room had double and single bed, very warm on a cold night, shower in bathroom and place spotless. Really enjoyed my stay and would return again

Negative: They were ear pods left on the bed so perhaps it can be noisy on busy nights in the pub below but as I was at a xmas party the pub was closed when I got back so the ear pods were not required.
