Summary: Place is absolutely beautiful but the front desk was not especially welcoming and did not provide any information about the hotel or amenities. There was nothing in the room either so I had to google and research. I had to actually ask where the elevator was after I was given my key. You would expect to be treated with excellent service at a place like this.

Summary: Overall this place is perfect. The rooms are light an spacy. Cleaning could be better. We had a tv that did not work for 5 days but they tried everything. Day reception is just great. Evening not so great an no informations when checking in. But all this is small things we had a great stay

Summary: Beautiful views of the pool, and marina from our balcony. Room was comfortable, spacious. Staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Summary: Great resort! Very clean, staff were great! Water taxi within walking distance and it takes you downtown and other popular destinations within 10-15 minutes. I traveled with my dog and she was welcomed. The property was pet friendly. There’s a private beach area and lots of sitting areas for relaxing some with fire-pits. The only things that could’ve been better is the food at fish house, no in room dining and the advertised spa services weren’t the same. Overall great experience and will visit again!
