The perfect place for families to come together and make happy holiday memories. The owners have cleverly turned this space into a well equipped holiday property which is very cost effective and sleeps up to twelve guests. Located in a tourist hot spot a quick stroll to the stunning Oakura beach and the Oakura Village.
The Beach Retreat consists of a block of three units with plenty of off street parking, so bring the boat and the water toys. The middle unit is the heart of the property with a spacious well equipped kitchen for all your holiday cooking needs, spacious sunny comfortable living area to relax in, opening through a ranch slider to the outdoors. There is also an additional toilet room in this space and a double sofa bed in the lounge.
Step outside for access to the units on either side, which cleverly utilises the space to sleep plenty of guests within a well set out bedroom space. Each unit has a queen bed and single bed, an additional space has a set of bunks leading to a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Please note, access to the bathroom is only form the bunk room.
Perfect for the family to come together in a fun and quirky space. Spend your days at the beach and come back in the evening for a BBQ and a chance to enjoy each others company. Fall into bed for a peaceful nights sleep. The perfect place to make long lasting family memories and great value. Additional features include Unlimited Wifi, Laundry Room & Storage Space.
Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.
All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.
Other Details:
The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.

Reviewer Comments: Great place and location to stay with plenty of room for a big family. We had x6 of us and it was good with X2 showers X3 toilets. There are 3 separate units to go between and the only thing is remembering to take the key!There is a utility room with toys for kids which was great. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Summary: This accommodation worked well for our adult family. The units are really well set up, for families and gave everyone their own space. The set up with a communal kitchen and a unit either side gave us all some space. Ideal for two families or in our case six adults. The kitchen had and excellent array of equipment and huge oven. It was a seamless check in and clean at the end. A close walk to Oakura beach.
