Positive: It is clean and spacious and very near to the beach with easy access to restaurants. Communication was good.
Negative: There were no mirrors or tables or chairs in the bedrooms to get ready. The full length mirror in the hallway was like a carnival mirror! There were not enough mugs, or coat hangers. The little mats were a slip hazard. There were no champagne glasses, we were there for a wedding and a birthday! We drank fizz!
Summary: We had a fun time. A little more attention to detail would have made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

Positive: The location was perfect! It’s not right in the middle of everything, but it’s close to everything at the same time. Close beach access and the beach wasn’t crowded at all, great for families with kids. There weren’t any outdoor showers to rinse off after the beach, but the house had one which was great! There was plenty of dishes and cookware to use. Overall a good stay.
Negative: There were several little things that were broken which was frustrating, but it didn’t stop us from doing what we needed to do around the house and having a good stay. I loved the water faucet we used to rinse our feet, however the outdoor shower was in the sand which made it kind of pointless unless you rinsed your feet in the faucet afterwards. I feel that the toiletries could have been more plentiful for how many days we were staying since we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels by the second day. As well as running out of trash bags, laundry soap, and dishwasher detergent shortly after.

Positive: It was very clean, comfortable, had a well-stocked kitchen. Location was great, easy walk to the beach. The beach house was very appealing, loved the colors and beachy, open feel. Oh, and it had good water pressure to deal with my thick curly hair. 😁
Negative: I would have really liked to be able to turn the master bedroom tv totally off but none of us could figure out how, and the plug was not accessible. So it glowed all weekend. And the chairs at the kitchen table were prone to losing bolts, so perhaps an Allen wrench would be good.
Summary: Very comfortable and appealing house, good value, close to the beach.
