Positive: Good (and expensive) food and drinks, the place itself is beautiful and nice. The bathrooms are beautiful and the pool is nice. Massage was great.
Negative: The rooms are too close to each other and as there are no real windows, it's quite noisy. I'm happy there where no kids in the neighbor room... One day they decided to organize a party in front of our beach cottages and chased away people from their sunbeds. The concierge was pretty unfriendly. You should book all the tours by yourself and simply call the numbers from the advertising papers, cause the hotel does nothing different than that, but charges you 2000 Vatu for the phone call to do the reservation. The Beach in front is only for snorkeling when it's high tide, and even then, there's not really something to see.

Positive: The beach side location was a definite plus and the rooms were very simple and adequate. The service offered in the restaurant by Cindy and her staff was very good and always with a smile. Betty and the rest of the front desk were all too willing to help
Negative: The breakfast offering could have been improved with an egg station for eggs cooked to order etc A gym and increased offerings of spa services would definitely enhance the stay

Positive: A beautiful.spot to completely relax, with delicious food and all your needs taken care of. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Negative: Transfer from airport was a bit chaotic. The ownership changed unexpectedly during our visit which meant we had to pay our bill midway through the trip.

Positive: its our first time staying in a resort without children and we loved it, lovely stand alone well appointed huts on the beach Live music every night was fantastic, nothing was a problem for the staff
Negative: maybe next time i would rather be away from the road it can be a bit loud at times with locals and traffic
