Positive: Twin room was good and 221 located close to the ladies facilities also good if you need to get up in the night,the price was very acceptable,parking easy and security good

Negative: The bathroom shower cubicles had nowhere to sit and nowhere to put soap /shaving gear. The male toilets had no hooks to hang a coat. The TV lounge furniture is in need of renewal. We were only issued with one card to get in door so had to take it in turns to shower,otherwise everything regarding the accomodation was good ,however I had an issue with the pub food, my wife ordered the schnitzel and wanted to replace the chips and salad with just mash but we had to pay extra despite the same being possible for a steak.I ordered a Sirloin steak but found 1/3rd inedible as it was full of sinues /gristle , no apology was forthcoming or even a partial refund so overall it left a bad taste in my mouth

Positive: As a budget option the Bealey works well. The kitchen is small for the number of guests but there are plenty of hot showers. The room we stayed in was large and comfortable.

Negative: There were two big issues, no air circulation in the room. Even though the weather was cool we needed to leave the sliding door partially open so we didn't overheat and get stuffy in the room. I can't imagine staying on a hot day. The other issue was the refrigerator. It ran noisily all night and started to smell of burning. We had to turn it off.

Positive: The shower was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the room was a good size for two. The restaurant staff and food was absolutely amazing

Negative: The fridge was loud for my liking, had a few events that kept us up that we weren't made aware of when checking

Positive: Surprisingly quiet for being near such a busy road. Good off-street parking. Clean and comfortable. I was visiting a friend who lived nearby but otherwise it would have been a bit out of the way.

Negative: Studio room was a little cramped. No facilities for washing dirty cups and plates (but the staff looked after these during the day!)

Summary: Okay option, clean and quiet.
