Positive: The staff were incredibly friendly and always available when needed. Housekeeping was good, with fresh towels provided daily. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

Negative: While our initial room had several cleanliness and comfort issues, the staff kindly moved us to a larger room that was a significant improvement. However, there are still minor maintenance concerns, such as a missing heated towel rail in the bathroom. Overall, the property would benefit from more attention to detail regarding the cleanliness of the corners and behind sofa areas.

Positive: Affordable & central. Nice kitchen appliances.

Negative: I waited 15 minutes to check in despite ringing the bell & contacting the number. Not so much as an apology. Was clean enough but the couch is very old & walls grotty.

Positive: The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. Brand new kitchenette. Excellent value. Quiet, plenty of parking, good shower pressure.

Negative: It was a little warm, no AC unit in the room but a small fan would have helped.

Negative: They messed up bookings and we ended up calling them and waking them up just to get another room, because no key was left for us. Thankfully to random strangers who gave us their phone to call the reception. It was pretty late and we couldn't check in for another 30 mins. It wasn't very clean as well, we found someone earrings, dishes were not very clean. Next time I will look for another option to stay.
