Summary: The hotel was fantastic. The lack of breakfast makes it a 4* rather than 5*. Whilst the hotel does partner with a cafe in the same building - it is more of a breakfast to go for office workers kind of place. The only other thing that let the hotel down was that we asked for a late check out (as it was going to be a long day for us as we weren’t flying back to London until 8pm with our baby). We were told that this couldn’t be guaranteed the day before, but that it was “looking very promising” and we would receive a text the following morning. We didn't receive a text, and when we followed up, the “late check out” offered was only 1 hour later than the usual check out - so pretty disappointing (particularly after the money we’d paid for a relatively long stay, valet parking and food and drinks at the rooftop bar and downstairs restaurant).

Summary: Very unfriendly atmosphere. They charge 150 extra a night on credit card for incidentals you havent used. You gave to maje an appointment to use the fitness center and they hold your room key. No breakfast on Sundays in the hotel. You have to go out.

Summary: Beautiful hotel. Loved the linens, towels, and modern amenities in the very spacious room. Very much enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the morning and rooftop bar at night. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
