A Unique, Peaceful & Totally Comfy bohemian eco style tiny home on pretty and lush acreage just out of town. Great to get away from it all with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. All weather expansive undercover outdoor area, eat in kitchen with good sized fridge, dishwasher, 4 burner stove top, wood fire for heating that warms the entire place rapidly (wood & kindling provided), comfy living room with TV, lamps and books, bedroom with pillow top bed, 4 pillows, doonas, quality cotton linens, extra blankets if needed, and external ensuite with amazing hot shower with great pressure, handbasin and toilet. Also towels, bathmats and washers provided, shampoo, conditioner, soaps & loo paper all included. This is a unique experience.
The Beau Van is a very charming and unique 1976 classic large caravan that has been lovingly refurbed with a very comfortable and unique feel set on a private part of the property.
Outside chairs with small fire drum (wood provided) plus outdoor day beds under the expansive all weather area with coffee table.
There is an amazing view of the night sky with all the mod cons you could need. Organic garden and orchard surrounds.

Summary: The van is comfortable and kept warm in the winter with a tiny wood fired heater. Outdoor bathroom is quirky and tricky to navigate during the night when it is very dark. We loved the decor and the privacy of the van.

Summary: Lovely converted van on the owners property. Ample space for 2 people. Fire place is easy to use and keeps it very warm all night. Shower and toilet is outside but very clean and close to the van. Outdoor fireplace and chairs were perfect for star gazing. Very neat and well equipped with basic cooking utensils and TV with chrome cast. Would stay again!

Summary: Nice change from being at home. Very quiet, well provided for. No competition from neighbours. Nice property. Communicating via Stayz was awkward. Better to talk to owner as they were nearby.
