Positive: Beautiful setting and lovely decor. Easy going feel to it. Very helpful landlord, all very well organised. There was even toothpaste in the en-suite! The power shower was great.

Negative: The shower didn't drain well and overflowed because it was clogged up. There was a light outside that kept switching on and off in the night and was irritating, and the soundproofing isn't very good.

Positive: Everything corresponds to the description and to what other guests wrote in their reviews. I liked the price/quality ratio — we stayed for one night (traveling by car). The room on the ground floor is spacious and divided into zones with curtains, so in fact it’s one large room. There is a beautiful view of the garden with both open and covered terraces for morning coffee. If you stay not in separate apartments but with shared bathroom/toilet/kitchen, be prepared that neighbors may be noisy — this is not a disadvantage, it’s normal for shared accommodation. The toilet on the ground floor is shared, the bathroom on the second floor is also shared. The kitchen is large (shared) and convenient. The main problem is that all guests must clean after themselves and not leave a mess and piles of dirty dishes. I think the host should give negative ratings to such guests — this is not a downside of the host (we discussed this with him separately).

Negative: What I personally did not like: the door to the room is glass and consists of two panels — the lock is basically “in name only,” so we practically slept the whole night with an “open” door, because this lock is useless. I consider this a major drawback. Otherwise, overall, everything was fine.
