Summary: We were given a room with a broken tv and twin double beds even though we reserved a king. Hotel staff said there were none of those left. They stated it’s a common thing when online reservations are made. Places like hotel.com and Travelocity don’t check they said.

Summary: Everything was fine except breakfast. We waited over 30 minutes for our food, it's was cold when we got it, we were not offered water until we'll into our meal. Server did not check to see if we needed anything and did not bring silverware with our meal until asked.

Summary: The standard room was poorly maintained, dated and noisy. The bathroom fixtures were from the fifties, the bathroom door would not close properly and the floors were sagging and creaky.

Summary: Beautiful property with nice amenities. We liked the gas fireplace in our room! Bottles of water, mini fridge, muffins and coffee in the lobby..I wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the pool and other offerings. Will definitely return!

Summary: The property itself was fine. I have two issues: 1. I've always understood that Expedia prices that say "Includes taxes and fees" means what it says. And yet, I was charged an additional $20.29 and when I called to ask about what it was, I was told that it was taxes. 2. I reserved a "Superior King." The description said "King bed" and the photo displaying the room had 2 beds. On check-in, I was given a room that had 1 queen bed and 1 room. When I asked for a different room, I was given an appropriate room (2 queens, and it was easily twice the size, with a sitting room in addition to bedroom. So yes, they did give me the appropriate room, but the first was clearly NOT what I'd reserved.
