Positive: Ton is an amazing host and the tower is cozy with a great view! Can hear the waves crashing from the porch. A quick walk takes you to a picturesque rocky beach. To top it off, a pannekoek in the morning really hits the spot! Highly recommend.

Positive: Stayed for 2 day to see Cape Breton during Fall. Place was in Cabot Trails itself, We stayed at the loft, it was nice especially at night where you can gaze at the night sky. Incase you get hungry, the owner owns a restaurant "Dancing Moose" where you can eat good breakfast.

Positive: Beautiful views, close to the water, and a fun communal vibe made our stay enjoyable. The host was wonderful and the little cafe on site served an amazing breakfast.

Negative: Though we liked the unique facilities, they probably aren't for everyone. We enjoyed exceptional views from our room, but the steps to the loft area were very steep and space was very tight. Other visitors were located just steps away, so the vibe wasn't particularly private.

Positive: The accommodation is in a fantastic location with amazing views. It's very peaceful and just a couple of steps to the beach. The room is very well equipped and we loved having our own balcony to sit and eat outside. The owner is very kind and attentive. We really loved our stay.

Negative: Unfortunately, the other guests were not respectful at all. There is the main kitchen and bathrooms just below the birch tower and the guests using the downstairs facilities were very noisy, even during the night.
