Positive: Super cute cosy place to stay. Clean, tidy & super comfortable bed! We arrived late & the heater had been turned on for us so it was all warm when we arrived, thank you!! Great place to spend our last long weekend as a family of two before our newest addition arrives ☺️ Will hopefully stay again!

Positive: Pretty little cottage. Great heater Good bath room.and shower....but MEND THE BATHTAP in the bathroom. I discovered those 'leaf bits' in the bath were chips in the surface of the bath. The large black bath tap handle is NOT fixed to pipe and falls off when touched. No doubt at all that it is causing the chipped surface.
Negative: Thought bed was going to be uncomfortable..but we actually slept well and the sagging bed was not a problem. Figured a way of turning off bedside lights without getting out of bed...turned them off at the wall. Wish my arms were longer though.

Positive: Gorgeous little cottage. Lovely location. Just a short walk or drive to town, and close to everything Hokitika has to offer. Wish we could have stayed longer. So relaxing!

Positive: The kitchen was well thought out and stocked with what we needed. For a couple we had enough space and used the spare room for luggage. The heat pump kept the cabin warm.
Negative: Mostly disliked the extremely soft bed, broken taps, fake plastic flowers, daggy tired decor, Venetian blinds that can’t be let down, lamps that are unplugged, nowhere to plug them in, then broken bulbs - frustrating. There’s a general lack of powerpoints. This place was clean enough but hadn’t had any problems resolved for a very long time. The smell of cleaning chemicals on entry was overwhelming and required airing for the afternoon. The proximity to the other accommodation in this business is also very close which the property description did not mention. I do not recommend.

Positive: Location was beautiful, the beds were extra comfy and everything met our expectations. The only thing we would make comment on was that there were not enough plates and knives and forks.
