Summary: Been going for past 50 years. Everything about the hotel is fine except for one glowing disrepancy. Charginf $63 for overnight parking is outrageous. When one is paying that much for a room, a parking fee like that is an insult, a poke in the eye. There is no way the cost is justfied, even if it is a "third party" parking concession. That's enough to keep us from coming back

Summary: My stay was absolutely wonderful! I’m from Denver and I grew up hearing all about the Brown Palace. How fancy and magical their high tea offerings are to how luxurious and world class their spa/salon is. Can’t forget the amazing restaurants and bars within the hotel as well allowing for so much to do while staying there. I was thrilled to finally get the chance to stay and explore. I would come back again and again. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful upon check in. I had a lovely drink and appetizer at the Ships Tavern. And then wrapped up my stay with two of the best spa services I’ve ever had, to date. It was just fantastic!

Summary: Everything was great with the exception of 2 things: we couldnt change the temperature in the room. It was a bit chilly. We had difficulty operating the coffee machine. Instructions would have been helpful.
