Summary: The Carol Anne was a perfect place to stay. I was a solo traveler, however, this 1st floor home would be very comfortable for up to 4 persons. Very clean & had all the conveniences of home including washer/dryer. If the weather was a bit more pleasant, it would be nice to sit on the porch. If I come back to Des Moines, I will see if The Carol Anne would be available again.

Summary: What a cozy home. We had everything we needed. It was clean, had a fully stocked kitchen with a gas range and a full size fridge, washer, and dryer. Everything was laid out in a nice book with full instructions. It was great. Not sure if I missed it at booking but this is a duplex type of home we were down stairs and it was lodging upstairs we only shared a nice wraparound type porch. I highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book it again.

Summary: The home was so quaint & beautiful. Perfect location and very peaceful. The host were so accommodating and beyond pleasant and quick to reply. We absolutely Enjoyed our stay . Can’t say enough about it. We look forward to returning , Vicky 😊
