Positive: Nicely decorated, home from home amenities, lots of space, great communication from owner. Alternative parking at rear of property.

Negative: Oven wasn't clean so when used filled downstairs with stite. Extractor fan in top floor bathroom visibly dusty. On street parking tricky with cars from neighbours being parked on the front.

Positive: Excellent location as Witney has plenty to do and easy to get to all the other attractions. The property is in a quiet area and is spacious, very clean and has everything you need for a lovely stay.

Negative: Nothing major just we found the pillows a little hard and uncomfortable.

Positive: Beautiful, cosy, well equipped 3 bed property with a short walking distance into Witney, with shops, bars and restaurants. Great location, for visiting the lovely village of Broadway and Bourton-on-the-water. Devin is an excellent host, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here in the future when visiting the Cotswolds.

Negative: Beds were a little small but we are used to king size. Would have liked a dart board in the bar area.

Positive: It really was an home from home. The house had everything we needed, to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The 'party/garden room' was a great addition and would make a summer visit even more enjoyable. Having been a regular visitor to the area for over 30 years the property is ideally situated for exploring the Oxfordshire country side and still have all the amenities of a town centre.

Negative: The parking was a bit a bit tight as the roads are quite narrow roads . There is an open air carpark across the road which is free if you could not park close to the property

Positive: The property was fabulous and the location perfect within easy 5-min walking distance of Witney town centre and driving distance for Blenheim Xmas Lights.

Negative: The pots and pans in the kitchen were not sufficient for cooking a family meal. Only a couple of small pans that were broken / rusty. We struggled.

Summary: A lovely house and great location. Needs some new pots and pans!
