Welcome to The Casual Golfer! This beautiful 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located in Morningside, a subdivision of the pristine community of The Meadows Golf and Country Club.
Within Morningside, guests enjoy access to the Olympic size community pool, which is located about two minutes from the condo. There are plenty of chaise lounges, for you to soak up that Florida Sunshine.
Upon entering, you are greeted by a lovely open floor plan. The living room has two large pull out couches (the larger one is queen-size and the smaller is twin-size mattress's) is the perfect spot to enjoy some relaxation! Adjacent is the kitchen that has three barstools and offers plenty of countertop space for you to prepare your family’s favorite meals and sweet treats!
Down the hall from the kitchen is the bedroom, which has a queen-size bed, a 32” Smart TV, and plenty of space for your personal belongings. The main bathroom has an updated vanity with a large walk-in shower with a detachable showerhead.

The Meadows Country Club offers seasonal memberships, which can be purchased directly from the clubhouse. There are four different membership packages to choose from.

Summary: I loved everything about the unit except for the lack of sufficient lighting. After a few communications and a week in semi-darkness, a nice floor lamp arrived. I put it together and all was well. Also, there are no serving size bowls which it would be good to have. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to everything we were doing. Love the Meadows!

Summary: The property is located in a prime location, because of walking distance to tennis, golf, pickleball, dogpark. The place was clean and bright. Bed comfortable. The only down side is the lighting is poor in the msin fsmily area.And the thermostat cannot be altered. There was no roasting pan, hardly any drinking glasses, no sheets for the queen size pullout bed . That would be fine, but the property stated it was fully equipped with kitchen stuff and linens. Maybe renters took them by accident. But for a place costing that much, someone should doublecheck all supplies before each and every new renter. It's a bit too pricy for what you get.
