Chillout on a Chalet Getaway! We're right on the ATV/Snowmobile trail. Bruce Mound Winter Sports Area/Levis Mounds Recreational Ctr/Lake Arbutus all 5 min away. Kayak Hall's Creek right on site or picnic at nearby Lake Wazee beach & navigate it's scuba diving underwater course. Shop or visit Sand Creek Brewery downtown BRF, gamble at Ho-Chunk Casino, Play pool, foosball, or the drums on a rainy day. Or... just relax in a hammock by the creek with bonfire.
The space
Sleeping areas are open - Second Floor King is located upstairs at the peak of the A-frame with open air lofted ceiling and the extra long twin bunk beds upstairs are located in an open alcove in a bump out in the loft, so not private. The main floor bedroom is most quiet and private.
Blow up mattress and fluffy couch for basement is very quiet too. NO WIFI (the whole point is to unplug!)...if TV is a must-have, the basement has one in game room but you will need to use your phone as a hotspot and utilize your own accounts...sometimes cell service is weak so keep that in mind! We have board games/cards/pool table/foosball...no need for TV!
Other things to note
You will need to bring ice if wanted and bug spray is a good idea in the summer. We have a propane fire pit and grill; wood stove and regular fire pit as well with a supply of wood to use.
