Positive: The pool is fantastic - 25m long with a lovely view of the Matterhorn. The spa has many options and the jacuzzi is very relaxing. I selected the hotel for these facilities and it exceeded my expectations.

Positive: Location! It’s close to the main streets, about 10 minutes walk and there’s also a lot of restaurants options around the area. Breakfast is good, many options!
Negative: The room was very dark, they need to do better with lighting. Their spa facilities (sauna, steam room etc) are apparently fully naked zones so it was a bit uncomfortable seeing strangers (both male and female) walking around naked… it’s weird

Positive: Attractive “Swiss Chalet”- themed architecture with modern rooms and amenities. Superb restaurant. Property aimed toward winter tourism, but a fine choice for any traveler needing a base for a visit to the mountains. Zermatt is car-free, a Hotel shuttle will get guests and luggage to/from the train station. Easy access to area attractions with or without sporting equipment.
Negative: Only minor issues or personal preferences.
Summary: Absolutely enjoyable stay. Incredibly helpful and welcoming staff that were a great travel planning resource.

Positive: Excellent hotel, would highly recommend. Fantastic location very close to the Sunnegga lift. The swimming pool and spa area were so nice. Excellent breakfast. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. We loved the room so much, so cosy and the views were fantastic. Would love to return to Zermatt and this lovely hotel.
Negative: Nothing. It was all great.

Positive: The spa at the hotel is top 3 for our family, ever. The view out of the hotel bedrooms was just beautiful beyond belief. The entire team at the hotel is just attentive and warm.
Negative: The prices - it’s Zermatt. The weather this once. The temperature in the hotel bedrooms was hard to regulate.
