Positive: Beautiful apartment at dizzying height! Very comfortable and bath with a view was spectacular. Loved the toiletries, gowns, slippers and stationery.

Negative: No cooking equipment or utensils. This was available to order, but seemed a hassle as we don't speak Chinese, and also didn't want to be wsiting around for a pile of pots and pans to be delivered. So we didn't bother and made do.

Positive: We loved our stay here! So convenient with the kids. They have the most beautiful views. Everything is modern and new. Breakfast was good. And location was great. The entire area around sea world is beautiful. There is a mall with a playground for kids right outside of the hotels door. We can highly recommend it specially for families!

Negative: They only changed bed linens every second day. I found that a bit annoying considering we have 4 kids and accidents happen. But once communicates they changed and cleaned when we needed.

Positive: Reception were helpful, room was clean. Good wifi for work.

Negative: Without any notice, they moved me into a hotel called Grade hotel, it was in the same building, but I ended up in a hotel room instead of an apartment. Room did not have enough lighting, was too dark.

Summary: Not bad, but they switched me to a hotel and not an apartment.

Positive: My stay was excellent. Friendly staff, clean room and decent breakfast. My every request was handled fast and without hesitation. Everything is secure and comfortable. It was my first trip to China and I am glad that my first time was at that hotel.

Negative: Location was comfortable but the given address and name is invalid. You should use the address given in messages. And sometimes “fast WiFi” was not as fast as I wanted it to be.

Positive: The view was amazing. Check in was possible until later than expected. Breakfast was also simple but good with both Western and Chinese options and a good environment as well. I have no complaints at all. It’s also a good location to take the ferry to Hong Kong. This is the Chinese name for anyone who wants to type that in a Chinese app for better navigation: 深圳蛇口海上世界品上酒店.

Positive: First of all I would like to express my gratitude for the manager, Mr. Jack Zhang, who helped us in choosing the best room option. Second of all I can say the location is great, very close to Sea World, stores, food places, metro line and so on. In fact, the name for this place is Grade Hotel, which has hotel rooms and also apartments, very clean, spacious, with very good breakfast, and great staff. It is a perfect option when Shenzhen is your destination.
